Insurance and Payment
We are contracted with Washington Dental Service PPO, Delta Dental PPO, Regence and Cigna. We also accept most dental insurance such as MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, and many other dental insurance providers. Please confirm with your insurance carrier for any restrictions that may apply to your coverage. Please bring your insurance cards or insurance information, including insurance company name, address and phone number. We will also need the group or policy number along with your individual ID# .
As a courtesy we send claims to your insurance, however, you are ultimately responsible for treatment fees and co-payments.
Forms of Payment
Insured patients are responsible to pay estimated co-payment at the time of service. Accrued charges are due at the time of service for non-insured patients. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept cash and checks.
We will always discuss treatment options and costs with you before start of treatment. Payment is due at time of service. We will work with you to help you maximize any insurance benefits you have, but please know that patients are personally responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of insurance.
